Some of you may have read my boring review of "Legend" movie(in Facebook). Many, if not all saw the version shown in the Malaysian cinemas, he pulls the pin to his grenade, and all hell breaks loose, blows up himself and all the "zombies".The survivors (the woman and the kid) takes his "cure" and found a walled up community in Maine or Vermont, or wherever.
The movie's producers recently released a DVD set with the usual... making of, concepts, casting.... and an alternate ending.
I didn't like this 2nd version. But I guess if you've not seen the original and started off watching this edition, then you can probably accept it as plausible. Of course, they're already planning a "Legend" sequel.
Spoiler alert, "Samantha" still dies...... sniff sniff....
You can watch the whole 6 min plus alternate ending by following this link(or not) - Youtube sometimes are asked by studios to remove certain videos, I think that's stupid as youtube can only bring more publicity to the movie. However, new versions of the same video will be posted by other people, just type in keywords "I am Legend alternate ending" and they'd direct you to other links.
ps: I like this movie SO MUCH that I can't stand watching it again.
